Pacific Sun Olive Oil Mill House: Open For Business Fall 2004

Pacific Sun Olive Oil of Gerber, California announced today that its millhouse will be open for custom milling for the 2004-2005 milling season.

"We have built top notch milling facility in the heart of some of the best olive growing ground in the world," said Brian Kenny, Sales and Marketing Manager for Pacific Sun. "Our location enables and our proximity to the field enables us to make incredibly fresh and vibrant oil." Kenny added that Pacific Sun is dedicated to helping other olive oil producers source quality fruit and produce quality olive oil. "We need to work together as an industry to ensure that the oil produced in the United States maintains extremely high quality standards; we are here to help other producers."

Brendon Flynn, General Manager for Pacific Sun stated that the millhouse will be open to the public through a series of open house days in the fall and winter. "Pacific Sun was founded in order to bring consumers closer to their agrarian roots," Flynn stated, "education is one of our primary missions as a company and our mill is our primary educational tool."
